  • potatoes sliced thin on a mandolin 4
  • Olive oil small amount
  • Table salt


Wash the potato slices under water stream.

Grease baking tray lined with baking paper and arrange the potato slices one next to each other.

Brush with oil and place in preheated oven at 170c for 10-13 minutes

Add salt.

*Mandolin – a slicing utensil to evenly slice thin slices
