- Head of broccoli separated into little flowers
- potatoes peeled and cut into small cubes 4

- Double cream 250 ml
- mascarpone cheese 100 gr
- Goat cheese (fromez) 100 gr
- grated parmesan cheese 100 gr
- nutmeg ¼ teaspoon
Place potato cubes into pot with cold water and cook for 10 minutes, strain
Scald the broccoli in boiling water in a separate pot for 5-7 minutes then strain,
Heat oven to 170c
Place in oven dish, garlic, eggs, double cream, mascarpone cheese, goat cheese and nutmeg – mix well
Combine the broccoli and potatoes then mix and cover with foil. Bake for 50 minutes.
Remove cover and grated parmesan cheese then return to oven for 10-15 minutes.
