- potatoes – washed well and shredded on a coarse box grater 4
- Butter 100 gr
- salt and pepper
Squeeze and drain liquids from the potatoes, add a bit of salt
Generously butter a large non stick skillet and add some of the shredded potatoes create large fritter (on low – medium heat)
After 7 mins when bottom is golden brown and easily separates from pan move fritter onto plate, add more butter to skillet (to prevent sticking) and flip fritter over to fry again on other side. Use a plate to assist in flipping the fritter.
