Fireside potatoes

  • Potato washed very well 1
  • butter 1 tablespoon
  • salt
  • water 1/4 cup

3 Ingredients – 1 serving (repeat for as many servings as desired)


Heat oven to 180 c

Place a cube of butter on a sheet of aluminum foil, place potato on top

Add salt and wrap

Place in oven for 90 mins, buttered side facing up

After 45 mins open oven door and pour ¼ cup of water into oven tray on the bottom of the oven to create steam.
