Ingredients

  • beetroot cooked cut in cubes 1
  • potatoes cut in small cubes 3
  • cooked black lentils ½ cup
  • kohlrabi cut in cubes 1
  • roquette leave chopped coarse 1 bunch
  • Juice from 2 lemons 2
  • Olive oil
  • hot chili chopped finely ½
  • salt and pepper

Instructions:

Heat oven to 180m grease potatoes and bake for 40 minutes

Combine all salad ingredients in a mixing bowl, season with salt and pepper
