Grilled potato medallions

  • medium size potatoes 5
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper


Add to a pot of cold water the whole potatoes and cook for 20 minutes, drain and cool and slice into medallions.

Brush with oil, add salt and pepper and on grill rack grill each side for 3-5 minutes until charred with black lines.
