Mashed baby potatoes

  • baby potatoes, washed well ½ kg
  • Salt and pepper
  • melted butter 4 tablespoons
  • smoked paprika 1 teaspoon
  • garlic powder ½ teaspoon


Place potatoes into pot with cold water and bring to boil for 25 minutes.


Heat oven to 200c.

On a baking tray line with baking paper, place the potatoes and mash with back of pan, or other utensil until half in height.

Pour over the potatoes the melted butter combined with the paprika and garlic powder, salt and pepper.

Bake for 20 minutes
