Potato Falafel

  • potatoes, peeled and diced evenly 6
  • butter 4 spoons
  • milk 100 ml
  • Humus flour 3 tablespoons
  • Oil for deep frying
  • Egg
  • Flour


Place potatoes in pot with cold water and cook for 20 minutes, strain

In mixing bowl, combine the potatoes, butter, milk, salt and pepper

Cool in fridge for 1 hour, form balls, coat with flour, egg and humus flour (like shnitzel)

Deep fry balls.
