Potato fingers with mustard Aioli

Ingredients

  • potatoes, washed cut in half and sliced length wise 5
  • mayonnaise 4 tablespoons
  • Dijon grain mustard 1 teaspoon
  • honey 1 teaspoon
  • vinegar 1 teaspoon
  • hot dry chili 1 teaspoon
  • Olive oil
  • Salt

Instructions:

Heat oven to 180, arrange the potato slices on baking tray lined with baking paper.

Grease and add salt, chili and bake for 40 minutes.

Prepare dip in separate bowl

Mix the mayonnaise, mustard and honey – transfer to serving bowl
