Potato fritters with chives and cheese

  • large potatoes, peeled, diced in even cubes 6
  • tablespoons butter 4
  • Yellow cheese grated 200 gr
  • bunch of chives, chopped 1/2
  • Egg
  • Salt
  • White pepper
  • Double cream 250 ml


Place potato cubes in pot of cold water and boil for 20 minutes

Strain and add cream, butter, salt and white pepper, grated cheese, egg and chives, mix well

Form fritter with tablespoon and fry on hot skillet with little oil (3-4 minutes each side)
