Potato on a bed of thyme

  • Large bouquet of thyme
  • potatoes washed and cut width wise 5
  • Olive oil
  • water ¼ cup
  • Salt and pepper


Heat oven to 180 and arrange the bouquet of thyme on a baking tray with baking paper

Pour water over and arrange the potatoes on top

Add olive oil, salt and pepper and bake for 40 minutes
