Potato peel chips filled with salmon, cream and chives

  • potatoes washed 8
  • Olive oil
  • Smoked salmon 80 gr (4 slices)
  • sour cream 1 container
  • chives chopped ½ bunch
  • Salt and pepper


On a baking tray line with baking paper place the potatoes and bake for 90 minutes at 180c.

Cool and them cut in half and empty contents.

Arrange the peels facing upwards , brush with olive oil

Bake again for 20 minutes until crispy and them fill each peel with a bit of sour cream, salmon and chives
