Potato puree with nutty butter sauce

  • potatoes peeled and cut into even cubes 6
  • butter 3 tablespoons
  • Table salt
  • White pepper
  • garlic cloves 2


Place potato cubes and garlic in a pot with cold water and cook for 20 minutes until soft. Strain.

Meanwhile, on stovetop, on medium heat fry butter until light brown, mix butter with potatoes, garlic salt and white pepper mash until pureed.
