Potato salad with sour cream and chives

  • sour cream 1 container
  • Bunch of chives finely chopped
  • potatoes cut into coarse cubes 4
  • avocado peeled and cut into thick pieces 1
  • Lemon 1
  • Salt
  • olive oil 2 tablespoons
  • red chili pepper 1
  • garlic cloves crushed 2


Place the potato cubes in a pot with cold water and cook for 20 minutes, strain and cool

In a mixing bowl combine, the sour cream, garlic, avocado, juice from a lemon, olive oil and chili slices.

Mix all together with potatoes
