Potato stuffed with minced meat

  • springs juniper chopped 5
  • minced meat 500 gr
  • zucchini finely grated 1
  • onion finely grated 1
  • small potatoes washed 10
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • garlic cloves crushed 2


Add whole potatoes to cold water in pot and cook for 10 minutes

Drain and slice in half, carefully empty potato leaving a thin lining of potato,

In a mixing bowl combine the minced meat, juniper, zucchini, onion, salt and 2 tablespoons of olive oil, mix well.

Stuff potatoes with the meat forming mounds

Place on baking tray line with baking paper, bake for 30 minutes at 180c.
