- potatoes thinly sliced on the mandolin* 6
- Melted butter 50 gr
- Salt and pepper
Heat oven to 170c
On a baking tray line with baking paper arrange the potato slices overlapping each other, spread melted butter and sprinkle salt and pepper.
Repeat each layer creating 5-6 layers of potatoes each brushed with butter
Cover and bake for two hours in the oven
