- coarse salt ½ kg
- butter 6 tablespoons
- potatoes washed well 6
Spread coarse salt in baking tray lined with baking paper, place potatoes on top of salt
Bake for 90 minutes at 170c
Remove potatoes from tray and shake of excess salt
Cut a thin incision in potato and lightly mash with hands, put a knob of butter on top.
