- flour 1 teaspoon
- eggs 2
- puree 1 cup
- salt ¼ teaspoon
- suger 1 table spoon
- cream 1 cup
- 1 packet of baking powder 10 gr
In mixing bowl mix eggs, cream sugar.
In another bowl mix the potato puree, flour and baking powder.
Combine mixture from both bowls.
Knead well, at least 5 minutes
Place in English cake baking tin.
Bake for 40-50 minutes at 180c. until browned.
