- potatoes cut thick, even pieces 4
- Olive oil
- Double cream 250 ml
- flour 1 tablespoon
- Cheddar cheese 200 gr
Place potatoes in pot of cold water and bring to boil, cook for 15 minutes.
Strain and transfer to baking tray lined with baking paper, generously pur olive oil
Scatter sea salt, ground pepper and bake for 40 minutes at 180c.
Heat in pot on low heat the cream and flour, mix well to form smooth sauce (10 minutes)
Transfer the potato cubes to a serving dish and generously cover with the cheese sauce.
