- potatoes, washed, thinly sliced on mandolin* 6
- Melted butter 50 gr
- crushed garlic cloves 2
- sage leaves finely chopped 6
- Salt and pepper
- Olive oil
Combine together in mixing bowl, melted butter, garlic, sage and a bit of salt and ground pepper.
Place overlapping on a baking tray, slices of potatoes in groups of 5-7
Generously brush each group with the melted butter mixture and bake in oven at 180c for 20 minutes.
*Mandolin – a slicing utensil to evenly slice thin slices
