  • potatoes Washed and thinly sliced on a mandolin length wise 5
  • Salt and pepper
  • butter 5 tablespoons


Grease a muffin baking tray with butter

Heat oven to 160

Arrange the potato slices overlapping each other (like a tower) spreading butter in between each layer)

Sprinkle sea salt and ground pepper over

Wrap in foil

Bake for 2 hours

*Mandolin – a slicing utensil to evenly slice thin slices
