  • Grated Gouda goat cheese 70 gr
  • potatoes washed, and grated on a coarse box grated 6
  • Butter 50 gr
  • Salt and pepper
  • onion grated on a box grater 1


Grate the potatoes and onions into a mixing bowl, drain fluids

Add the cheese and salt

Generously spread butter on a heavy and heated pan (low-medium heat)

Create a large fritter in the pan, before flipping add more butter

Allow to brown on each side for at least 7-9 minutes

Gently release from pan
