Spicy chips

  • potatoes peeled 8
  • Oil for deep frying
  • Table salt
  • garlic powder ½ teaspoon
  • dry oregano Teaspoon
  • Bag of ice


Slice peeled potatoes into strips (chips)

Put in pot heated pot of oil (heat to 160 not boiling), fry the strips 7-9 minutes, strain and put into ice cold water

Strain and dry

Bring oil in pot to boil (190c) and add strips of potatoes, fry for  5-7-9 minutes

Move to mixing bowl with paper towel

Add seasoning
