Steak and Chips

  • medium potatoes, peeled 5
  • Oil for deep frying
  • Flank steak 500 gr
  • Salt and pepper
  • Olive oil


Cut potatoes into strips and add to pot of cold water

Cook on high heat bring to boil and cook 5 minutes after boiling

Strain and cool

Deep fry cooked chips on medium heat, until golden and crunchy (5-7 minutes)

Season meat with salt and pepper

Heat non-stick skillet, grease steak lightly with olive oil cover all sides, then place on hot skillet 3 minutes on either side. Until medium
