Velvet puree

  • 5 ingredients


  • large potatoes, peeled, cut into even size cubes 5
  • butter 60 gr
  • white pepper ¼ teaspoon
  • Table salt
  • double cream 130 ml


Add potatoes to pot of cold water and cook for 20 minutes, strain, transfer while hot to mesh strainer.

Add butter, salt, white pepper and cream to thicken.
