Warm potato and gorgonzola salad

  • large potatoes 2
  • Gorgonzola cheese 100 gr
  • chives, chopped coarse ¼ bunch
  • chili sliced thin in rings ½
  • rouquette chopped coarse Bunch
  • Olive oil
  • Juice from 1 lemon 1
  • Salt and pepper


Heat oven to 180

Slice potatoes in cubed, place on baking tray lined with paper and season with olive oil bake for 50 minutes

Grate cheese over the potatoes and replace in oven for 10 minutes.

Finely chop the roquette, chives and chili mix all ingredients together.

Dress with lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper
